Simi Valley, A Great Place To Live

Simi Valley is one of the nicest areas around to make a home purchase, or is it? Depending on who you are and what your are looking for in a town, Simi Valley might be a great place for you to live or your worst nightmare. If you are someone looking to never leave your town to have fun then this is not the right place for you.

Simi Valley is a nice city with just over 100,000 people calling it their home. It is a very quiet and safe city which is what you would want if you want to raise a family or just lay low. As Simi has continued to grow over the years, businesses have flourished and there seems to be a new restaurant every week. Simi Valley is really missing the places to have fun! If you want to take a date out, this would be a great place to do it. If you are looking to go out clubbing with your friends then sorry, this is the wrong town for you.

What I like about Simi is that is is the nice quiet town. I don't personally have a family to raise but I like to know that I am always safe and live in a good, stable and economically good area. I personally don't mind driving too much so I have a lot of options and places to go outside of Simi. We are about 35-40 minutes from the beach, 25 from Hollywood 40 from lakes and only 2 hours from the mountains. Although the town does not have many fun things to do, there are plenty of fun things only a few minutes away.

With our great year round weather and tranquil small city feel I find Simi Valley a great place to live. At this point in my life I would trade it for nothing.

Cheapest Simi Valley Condo 7/16/08

Check out this Cheap Simi Valley Condo for only $159,000. This Condo has been on the market now for just over 300 days and is still up for sale. The original price on this property was 10/21/07 -- $224,950. As our tough times continue, you can see that the house has lost about $65,000 in value in just under one year.

This 1/1 condo is only 657 square feet but could be a great buy for its current listing. As we unknowingly go into the future, we question how much longer can prices continue to drop and is this a good deal. If you need housing immediately then this might be the place for you to start.

This house features new carpeting through out, new paint through out, & new kitchen cabinets and sink and new dishwasher in this beautiful lower unit. Other features include a gas fireplace, small patio & central heat and air conditioning.
